A poem from my “Nothing but Nonsense” period (September, 1997 – March, 1998).
Another word. Another war. Let's go! Everyone wants. Everyone lies. You don't have to tell me the score. I already know. It's a wild kingdom, after all. There's a little boy headed home. There's a little boy who won a war. There's a little boy who no one will know. It's a wild kingdom, after all. Where's the story?! Where's the glory?! Let's hurry! Everyone wants. Everyone lies. You don't have to tell me, I've been here before. It's a wild kingdom after all. There's a little girl with a rose. There's a little girl in the hole. There's a little girl I'd like to have known. But... it's a wild king dom, after all.
